Real advised Hemsö Fastighets AB in the sale of the part intended for housing of the so-called Nodhuset, to Hyresbostäder I Norrköping. Nodhuset is under construction and will, when erected, beside residential premises also contain nursery homes. The residential part will be partitioned into a 3D property formation. The transaction was completed during Q3 2018.

The business is focused on owning, managing and developing properties for nursing homes, education, care facilities and premises for the legal sector.
