The Real team advised Hemsö Fastighets AB in the acquisition of five properties for public use from the municipality of Luleå. The total purchase price for the properties amounted to approximately SEK 100 million. In connection with the acquisition of the five properties, Hemsö also received a land designation from the municipality of Luleå regarding the construction of a retirement home. The investment amount regarding the retirement home development project amounts to approximately SEK 270 million. The transaction was completed in April 2017.
