Real advised Emilshus on the acquisition of four properties located in Linköping for a purchase price of SEK 377 million. The Properties have a total leasable area of 31,737 kvm sqm and are leased to well-known tenants such as the municipality of Linköping, ICA, COOP, Power and Recycling Partner.
Emilshus is a real estate company that, based on Småland’s corporate culture, acquires, develops and manages high‑yielding commercial properties with south of Sweden as its core market. As of 30 September 2024, the company’s property portfolio amounted to approximately 897,000 sqm of lettable area distributed among 160 properties with an emphasis on light industry, industrial service/professional trade and external and grocery trade.
