Real advised Emilshus on the acquisition of seven properties located in Halmstad with a total leasable area of 22,170 sqm leased to well-known tenants such as Swedol, FlexIT, Erikshjälpen and Lindab.
Emilshus is a real estate company that, based on Småland’s corporate culture, acquires, develops and manages high‑yielding commercial properties with south of Sweden as its core market. As of 30 September 2024, the company’s property portfolio amounted to approximately 897,000 sqm of lettable area distributed among 160 properties with an emphasis on light industry, industrial service/professional trade and external and grocery trade. Emilshus’ ordinary shares and preferred shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
