Real advised Coeli with the sale of the property Söderbymalm 6:4 in Haninge. The property has a lettable area of approximately 6,300 square meters and is let to several different tenants, primarily with car-related activities. The total agreed property value was SEK 91,500,000 and the annual revenues amount to approximately SEK 7,500,000. The transaction will be completed in December 2023.
