REAL has advised CapMan in the acquisition of the project Bovetet in Järfälla from JM, with a property value of approximately SEK 692 million.
The property is located in the centrally situated development area of Söderdalen in Järfälla. It comprises 205 residential units with a total residential area of 11,164 sqm, 237 sqm of commercial space, and 68 parking spaces in a garage. The project is under construction and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The acquisition aligns with CapMan’s strategy to invest in newly built rental properties in growth regions.
