Real advised BroGripen AB in the sale of residential properties in the municipalities of Norrköping, Trelleborg and Ystad to Eklöf Fastighets AB, Riksbyggen and Heimstaden respectively. The property value was over SEK 1 billion. The transactions were completed during Q1 2017.
