Real advised the real estate company Bohild with the acquisition of a residential property in Helsingborg. The property consists of 215 apartments and has a lettable area of approximately 8,600 sqm.
The property was acquired from Sydsvenska Hem, which began a major renovation project in the property in 2019. Today 68 apartments have been renovated and Bohild is now taking over the improvement work. Closing will take place at the beginning of April 2022.
Bohild was launched in 2021 by Brunswick Real Estate with Länsförsäkringar as a co-investor to invest in Swedish growth cities, with a focus on housing and community properties. Bohild is a long-term owner with a high ambition to reduce the properties’ CO2 footprint through a large selection of energy-improving measures.
