Real advised Altura with the acquisition of an elderly home in Sisjödal, Göteborg, from Dawasta Omsorgsbostäder. The elderly home will comprise 90 apartments and Astagården will conduct elderly care in the building. The transaction was completed during Q2 2020.

Altura, part of NREP, owns, manages and develops community service facilities with a primary focus on elderly homes in the Nordic region. The properties are adapted for both end users and care operators with the latest technology and sustainable materials in order to reduce the environmental impact without sacrificing comfort. Altura develops long-term and will be the obvious partner for both public and private care operators. Currently, about twenty elderly are homes being developed in Sweden and Denmark.

The firm’s team consisted primarily of Partners Mikael Laag and Tom Hofset and Associates Johan Asklund, Linnea Thörnvik and Daniel Bjurbom.
