SEB Trygg Liv has divested the property Tranhuvudet 8, located at Kungsgatan 44 adjacent to Hötorget, to Axfast. The property comprises approximately 6,800 sqm of leasable area, including the well-known Kungshallen food court across two floors.

The sale forms part of SEB Trygg Liv’s ongoing portfolio management.
